What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
Optionally, the kinds of roles you're looking for, if you choose any.
Optionally, your years of experience (as a range, such as 2–4) and whether you're currently employed, if you choose to share them.
A short tag saying which link you came from (for example "x"), so we know which posts reach people.
When you joined.

We do not collect your IP address, your device details or your resume on this page, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Why

Only to tell you when Chayan opens to you and to understand who is joining and which roles people want (the answers you choose to share are used in aggregate to decide what to build). We don't use your email for anything else.

Who sees it

Only us. We never sell or share your email. It's stored with our database provider (Supabase), which processes it for us. The waitlist is locked so that the website itself cannot read anyone's entry back.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist and tell you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove your email or tell you what we hold. Write to hello@getchayan.com and we'll do it.
